Once upon a time, I loved asking questions. Unfortunately, the older I got, the more reluctant I've become about asking questions. I need to get back into question-asking - especially because it feels like such a risk, like I would be giving something away about myself.
Here are 10 things I would like to know about you:
- Where were you born?
- What languages do you speak?
- What was your favorite book growing up?
- Are you still friends with your elementary school best friends?
- Why do you read blogs?
- Do you regularly blog, and if so, why?
- If you would write a book, would it be fiction or nonfiction? Is there a particular subject or theme you would write about?
- If you could spend more time on a hobby, what would it be?
- What is your favorite gift to give to friends?
- If you had to sum up the meaning of life in 1 simple sentence, what would it be?
Should you choose to accept this challenge, please feel free to leave responses in the comments or on your own blog.
(I will post my answers in a couple of days...)
Okay, these are great questions...
ReplyDeleteWhere were you born? Chelyabinsk, USSR
What languages do you speak? Russian Spanish, English, some French
What was your favorite book growing up? Moomin Valley and the Great Flood by T. Janssen.
Are you still friends with your elementary school best friends? Unfortunately, I have lost touch with many of my friends back home.
Why do you read blogs? I love learning about regular people's ives. Not celebrities, not influencers, not TikTockers, or YouTubers. Regular, normal people.
Do you regularly blog, and if so, why? I love the process of writing. I am a long-time journaller. I have things to share that hopefully may be relatable to someone and new to someone else. Writing helps me process things.
If you would write a book, would it be fiction or nonfiction? Is there a particular subject or theme you would write about? Nonfiction- something about mindful teaching.
If you could spend more time on a hobby, what would it be? TRAVEL ;)
What is your favorite gift to give to friends? Don't really have one... My friends are different people so I adjust the gifts to their life style/tastes.
If you had to sum up the meaning of life in 1 simple sentence, what would it be? It's hard but keep going.
